M&T Bank and the Buffalo Bills have extended their longstanding partnership, marking 40 years of collaboration. The new multi-year agreement designates M&T Bank as the “Official Bank of the Buffalo Bills” and establishes the bank as a founding partner for the Bills’ upcoming Highmark Stadium, scheduled to open in 2026.
The partnership, which began in 1985, has led to various community-focused initiatives. Notably, M&T Bank has supported the creation of the M&T Family Zone at Ralph Wilson Stadium, a family-friendly seating area, and has been involved in programs like “Touchdown for Teachers” and “The Comfort Zone,” which provide unique experiences for fans and support local educators.
In celebration of the 2025 NFL season, M&T Bank distributed 25,000 limited-edition “Billieve Together” banners to fans in the Buffalo and Rochester regions. This initiative is part of the bank’s “Football Brings Us Together” campaign, aimed at fostering community spirit and supporting the Bills during their playoff push.
The extended partnership signifies a continued commitment to community engagement and enhancing the fan experience, reinforcing the strong ties between M&T Bank, the Buffalo Bills, and their supporters.
