Buffalo Bills Reward Loyalty, Promote 23-Year NFL Top Experienced Veteran to Assistant GM

Terrance Gray has been promoted to Assistant General Manager of the Buffalo Bills, a move that underscores his growing influence within the organization. Gray, a 23-year NFL veteran, joined the Bills in 2017 under General Manager Brandon Beane and has held various roles, including Director of Player Personnel.

His promotion comes after interviewing for several NFL GM positions this offseason, including with the Tennessee Titans and Jacksonville Jaguars.

In addition to Gray’s promotion, the Bills have made several other front office changes. Dennis Lock, formerly an analytics specialist, has been elevated to Vice President of Football Research. These moves are part of the team’s broader strategy to maintain a strong and stable organizational structure heading into the 2025 season.

Gray’s promotion reflects his significant contributions to the Bills’ success and the organization’s confidence in his leadership abilities. As Assistant GM, Gray will continue to play a pivotal role in shaping the team’s roster and future direction.
