The Los Angeles Chargers have signed former South Carolina Gamecock Dalevon Campbel

The Los Angeles Chargers have added wide receiver Dalevon Campbell, a former South Carolina Gamecock, as an undrafted free agent.

Although the 2025 NFL Draft has concluded, teams are continuing to fill out their rosters. One of the more recent additions is Campbell, who wrapped up his college career at South Carolina after previously playing at Illinois and Nevada.

Over his college journey, which began in 2019 with Illinois, Campbell totaled 87 catches for 1,463 yards and three touchdowns. His most productive season came in 2023 at Nevada, where he posted 31 receptions for 594 yards and two touchdowns.

A former three-star recruit out of Texas, Campbell was ranked the No. 142 wide receiver in his class and No. 151 overall in the state, according to 247Sports.

In the Citrus Bowl this past season, Campbell faced off against his former team, Illinois, and notched a 60-yard reception.

Standing at 6-foot-4 and weighing 205 pounds, Campbell brings notable size and experience to the Chargers’ receiving corps. Known for his ability to make plays on the perimeter, he could be a valuable depth piece for Los Angeles heading into training camp.
